Ruben Bisessar

Ruben Bisessar has extensive experience in telecommunications and network management. Currently, as a Technisch Beheerder at KPN since January 2019, Ruben is involved in the project implementation of KPN Innovations, focusing on services such as Internet, VOIP, iTV, and Mobile for both consumer and business markets. Additionally, Ruben has been a Service Analyst at Alcatel-Lucent Managed Services since February 2013. Prior to these roles, Ruben worked at KPN Telecom from September 1998 to January 2013 as a Network & System Engineer, transitioning to Alcatel-Lucent through outsourcing from KPN.
