Joel H Stensby

Joel Stensby has over 40 years of work experience in the construction and real estate industry. Joel founded KPRS Construction Services, Inc. in 1998 and served as the President. Joel later became the President of KPRS Hawaii Construction, Inc. in 2006. Stensby was also a Managing Member at BergmanKPRS starting in 2012. Additionally, they served on the So Cal Board of Directors for NAIOP from 2012 to 2015. Stensby was a Vice President and General Manager at Kajima Construction Services from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Construction at Maguire Thomas Partners from 1989 to 1995. Stensby began their career as a Senior Project Manager at Turner Construction in 1981. Joel also served as a Board Member at Orange Lutheran High School from 2009 to 2014.

Joel Stensby attended Arizona State University from 1978 to 1981. Joel obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the Del E. Webb School of Construction.
