Wilma Nacion, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Human Resources at KPS Capital Partners since December 2024, Wilma focuses on developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Madison Realty Capital and Marathon Asset Management, where responsibilities encompassed talent management, HR operations, and talent acquisition. Wilma also held key positions at Houlihan Lokey, PwC, Ernst & Young, and KPMG, contributing to talent development and organizational growth. Wilma holds a BA in Economics from Stony Brook University.
