Stephanie Kruse has a strong background in marketing and communications, with experience in various roles and industries. Stephanie founded KPS3 in 1991, a successful marketing and communications company that has consistently been recognized as one of Inc's Fastest Growing Companies in the US and a Best Place to Work in northern Nevada. Stephanie served as the President of KPS3 for 27 years, during which they played a key role in strategic planning, business development, branding, crisis communications, and integrated marketing. Prior to KPS3, Stephanie worked as the Director of Marketing for Saint Mary's Health Network, where they were responsible for all marketing, advertising, public relations, sales, and direct contracting. Stephanie also served as the Director of Public Relations at St. Luke's Hospital and started their career as a Public Relations Assistant at Avera McKennan Hospital. Overall, Stephanie's extensive work experience demonstrates their expertise in marketing and communications across various industries.

Stephanie Kruse completed their Associate degree in Nursing from St. Luke's School of Nursing between the years 1974 and 1977. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Theater at Augustana University (SD) from 1978 to 1981. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.
