Rogerio J. de Carvalho Neto serves as the Head of Legal at KPTL since December 2019, bringing extensive legal expertise to the venture capital sector. Previously, Rogerio held the position of Partner, Head of Legal and Compliance at A5 Capital Partners from July 2017 to December 2019. Rogerio holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, completed in 2018, as well as an MBA in Economics and Corporate Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, earned in 2013. Rogerio's academic foundation also includes a Bachelor's degree in Law from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, obtained in 2009.
