Pete Ferryman

Pete Ferryman is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in television news anchoring. Since June 2015, Pete has served as the Evening News Anchor for KPTV Fox 12 Oregon in Portland, where significant contributions led to a surge in newscast ratings. Previously, from May 2000 to present, Pete anchored the top-rated, Emmy-award winning morning program "Good Day Oregon," helping to transform it into the leading morning newscast in the area. Prior experience includes serving as Morning Anchor at KLAS-TV in Las Vegas from June 1995 to May 2000, where Pete received recognition for outstanding anchoring, and earlier roles at KVAL-TV in Eugene as a Reporter/Anchor. Pete holds a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Oregon and studied at Pepperdine University from 1982 to 1985.
