Arlene Velarde

Arlene Velarde has extensive experience in human resources and total rewards, having held various leadership positions at notable companies. At The Kraft Heinz Company, Arlene served as Head of Total Rewards for North America and the World Headquarters, as well as Head of US Total Rewards from May 2021 to August 2022. Prior roles include Management & Organization Development Manager at Philip Morris Asia Pacific, Compensation & Benefits Manager at Philip Morris, Human Resources Manager at Philips Electronics, and Senior Corporate HR Officer at AIG. Arlene holds a Master of Business Administration from De La Salle University and recently completed a course on Compensation Committees at Harvard Business School in July 2024.
