Av Maharaj currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President of Legal, Corporate Affairs, and Human Resources at The Kraft Heinz Company, a position held since March 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Counsel at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin from June 2014 to February 2016 and Vice President and Chief Counsel, International at Kellogg Company from 2008 to June 2014. Av Maharaj also worked as Chief Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Kellogg Canada Inc from 2004 to 2008, and previously held associate positions at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin and Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP between 1998 and 2003. Av Maharaj earned an LLB in Law and an Honours BA in Economics from Western University, with studies completed from 1989 to 1996.
