Carmela Bazzarelli

Carmela Bazzarelli has a diverse and extensive career in the food industry, currently serving as a 101er at La Carica delle 101 since February 2025, while also holding the position of Managing Director Italy at The Kraft Heinz Company since May 2022. Previously, Carmela spent over 13 years at Barilla Group, where roles included Category Management & Trade Marketing Director and General Manager Belux, while also contributing as a Diversity & Inclusion Board Member for Western Europe. Earlier experience includes positions as International Key Account Manager and Area Manager at Barilla Group. Carmela holds a Master's Degree from the University of Calabria and a Bachelor's Degree in Business in Europe from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
