Diane Gherson

Ms. Gherson brings to the Board extensive expertise in human resources, compensation, and oversight of diversity and inclusion, as well as valuable experience in corporate transformations and operations.

Ms. Gherson has served on their Board since November 2022. She has been a Senior Lecturer at Harvard Business School since July 2021. She was previously held various senior leadership positions in human resources, talent, and compensation and benefits with International Business Machines Corporation (“IBM”), a global technology company, from 2002 to December 2020, including as Senior Vice President and Special Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer from September 2020 to December 2020, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer from 2017 to August 2020, and Senior Vice President, Human Resources from 2013 to 2017. Prior to IBM, Ms. Gherson was with Willis Towers Watson, where she served as Principal and Global Practice Leader from 1997 to 2002 and Principal from 1994 to 1997. Ms. Gherson has served on the Board of Directors of the National Academy of Human Resources since January 2019 and previously served on the Board of Directors of Ping Identity Holding Corp., a provider of enterprise intelligent identity solutions from February 2021 to October 2022, when it was acquired and taken private by Thoma Bravo.
