Heidi Hairston is a seasoned professional in procurement and sustainability, currently serving as the Head of Procurement Sustainability for the North America Zone at Kraft Heinz since April 2024. Prior to this role, Heidi gained extensive experience at Diageo from July 2013 to April 2024 in various director positions, including Procurement for Raw Materials and Whiskey, Innovation and Brand Change, and North America Conversion Strategy. Earlier in their career, Heidi held technical and managerial roles at E&J Gallo Winery, Jack in the Box, and Taco Bell, contributing to new product development and packaging engineering. Heidi holds a Master of Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California and a Bachelor of Science in Bio Resource and Agricultural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
