Natalie Newell

Natalie Newell is an Associate Scientist in R&D Packaging at The Kraft Heinz Company, where employment began in October 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Package Quality Engineer at TricorBraun from December 2021 to October 2023 and a Supply Chain Intern position at Spectrum Health in summer 2021, where key contributions included initiating the Lakeland integration project and developing a recommended supply ordering timeline. While working as a Packaging Design Intern at Packaging Corporation of America in 2020, Natalie designed over 120 corrugated packaging solutions for prominent clients such as Tesla and Honda, generating significant revenue and improving testing efficiency. Natalie holds a B.S. in Packaging with a focus on Value Chain and a minor in Sustainability from Michigan State University (2017-2021).
