Raj Iyer

Raj Iyer is an experienced Agile Coach and Business/Digital Transformation Leader currently at The Kraft Heinz Company, where leadership of a team of 16 scrum masters and 24 PODs has resulted in over $500M EBITDA since 2021. As co-founder and principal coach at LETS Consult LLC, Raj has also contributed to agile methodologies. Previous roles include Portfolio Manager at Centene Corporation, where Raj led an Enterprise Agile transformation and managed a $400M+ Health Plan Systems portfolio, and IT Portfolio Manager at Edgewell Personal Care, focusing on Organizational Change Management. At Thomson Reuters, Raj was recognized for transforming development teams and achieving significant cost reductions and revenue increases. Raj holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the Principal L N Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research and a Diploma in Software Technology and Systems Management from NIIT Mumbai.
