Rebecca Lee

Rebecca Lee has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of IT Procurement & Corporate Functions Capabilities at The Kraft Heinz Company since March 2008. In this role, Rebecca has led significant projects, including a post-merger transformation of manufacturing footprints across multiple food brands and the successful insourcing of over 130 SKUs, all while maintaining budget and quality standards. Previous positions at The Kraft Heinz Company include Associate Director of Procurement Operations and Indirect Procurement, where Rebecca oversaw various procurement systems and strategic sourcing initiatives. Prior to this, Rebecca worked at Accenture as a Consultant focusing on indirect procurement, and held sourcing roles at other organizations, building a rich background in procurement processes. Rebecca holds a BS in Health Policy & Administration from Penn State University and has a track record of enhancing procurement workflows and systems.
