Prior to this, they served as the General Manager at the New York Islanders and Sodexo. Paul also worked as the Director of Operations at the Washington Football Team and the United States Tennis Association. Additionally, Paul has experience in general management, demonstrated by their roles at the Chicago Bears, Delaware North, and the Back Bay Restaurant Group. Paul began their career as a Food and Beverage Manager at HMSHost. Throughout their career, Paul has successfully opened and managed various venues, implemented effective operations, and achieved significant sales revenues.
Paul Potter attended Johnson & Wales University, where they studied Hotel & Restaurant Management. Paul also holds a certification from the Wampanoag Tribe of Aquinnah as a Federally Acknowledged Tribe member.
