Annie Olofsson is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the VP of Asset Development at Flower since October 2022, overseeing four teams focused on large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across multiple European countries. Previously, Annie held roles including Head of Projects - DACH, where efforts were directed towards enhancing BESS deployment in the DACH region, and Project Developer, aimed at increasing BESS in Sweden and Europe. Prior experience includes serving as an Energy Markets analyst and consultant at Sweco, along with work as a project engineer and intern in energy market analysis. Annie's educational background includes a Master's degree in Energy Systems from Instituto Superior Técnico and The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, complemented by hands-on experience in various industrial roles.
