Juan C Espinosa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Juan C started their career at FLABEG Automotive Group as an R&D Junior Engineer. Juan C then moved on to work as an R&D Engineer at AGP Group and EControl-Glas GmbH & Co. KG. Juan C co-founded Colecta Ltd., a company focused on the collection and safe disposal of pesticide bottles. Juan C then returned to AGP Group as an R&D Engineer and later became the R&D Corporate Team Leader. At AGC Glass Company North America, they worked as an R&D Project Leader. Currently, they are employed at KRAIBURG TPE, first as an Automotive Application Engineer and currently as the Director of Product Development. In this role, they lead the Product and Application Engineering team and is a member of the global Product Management team.
Juan C Espinosa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, which they obtained from 1998 to 2003. Juan C then pursued a Master's Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, completing it from 2013 to 2014. In 2021, they obtained a Certificate in Product Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Currently, Juan is pursuing an Executive MBA - Global Business from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, which they will complete in 2023.
