MacKy McCleary

Macky McCleary is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation strategy and consulting. Currently serving as the Transformation Director and Head of Transformation Strategy at Kraken since September 2025, Macky previously held the position of Partner at Boston Consulting Group from September 2022 to September 2025. Prior roles include Director at Guidehouse from April 2020 to September 2022 and Partner at innogy Consulting US, where Macky led U.S. operations for the energy-focused consulting firm. Additionally, Macky served as Administrator of the RI Division of Public Utilities and Carriers from September 2016 to February 2019, where responsibilities included regulating electricity and water systems and developing key policy initiatives. Macky holds a Master's degree in Architecture from the Yale School of Architecture and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Yale College.
