Pauline Kim

Pauline Kim is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory and compliance roles within the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Regulatory & Product at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange since November 2022, Pauline has held multiple positions within the company, including Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel. Prior to Kraken, Pauline was Deputy General Counsel and Regulatory Counsel at sFOX, and served as a Board Member at SAFE Trust Company. Additional experience includes a role as Director of Compliance and Legal Affairs at FreedomPop and various legal positions at Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP, the Office of the New York State Attorney General, Wilk Auslander LLP, and Proskauer Rose LLP. Pauline holds a JD from USC Gould School of Law and an undergraduate degree from UCLA.
