Renan Ramos

Renan Ramos currently holds the position of Institutional Sales at Kraken since December 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Business Developer for LATAM at Deribit, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding institutional players and experienced traders while expanding brand presence in the Latin American market from August 2021 to December 2025. Renan also worked at Itaú Unibanco as Gerente de relacionamento for a brief period, managing a portfolio of clients focused on financial planning and investment products. Additionally, at IBM, Renan served as Sales Coverage & Quota Analyst and Incentive Analyst, focusing on territory setting and commission analysis from March 2016 to March 2020. Renan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Charleston and is currently pursuing an MBA in Investimentos e Private Banking at Ibmec.
