Carnell Crosby

Carnell Crosby has over 10 years of experience in property management. Carnell worked as a Property Manager at KMG Prestige from October 2009 to February 2014. Afterwards, they joined Real Property Management Metro Detroit as a Business Development Manager from March 2014 to June 2015. Since June 2015, Carnell has been working at Kramer Triad Management Group, first as a Community Manager and currently as a Sr. Community Director. In their current role, they lead and develops a team of 8 managers across 90+ communities, manages a personal portfolio of 4 properties with over 300 units, and ensures client satisfaction and resolution of escalated concerns.

Carnell Crosby has studied Business Administration and Management, General at Macomb Community College. They have also obtained additional certifications such as Accredited Residential Manager from IREM in August 2013, and Certified Occupancy Specialist from the National Center for Housing Management in July 2010.
