Olivier Luxon's work experience began in 2006 as a Web Marketer at Delarge SPRL. Olivier then transitioned to roles at PFSweb, starting as an E-Commerce Analyst and eventually becoming the Global Initiatives Manager. In 2017, they joined Carrefour Belgium as the IT Director for eCommerce, Digital, and Big Data, before eventually becoming the Chief Information Officer. In 2022, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Kramp. Additionally, Luxon served as an Invited Teacher at Haute Ecole Léon Eli Troclet from 2007 to 2013. Overall, their experience spans various roles in technology management, eCommerce, and global initiatives.
Olivier Luxon has a diverse education history. In 2003 to 2006, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in E-Business from Léon Eli Troclet. Olivier then went on to earn two Master's degrees from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, specializing in IT Governance from 2008 to 2010, and Executive Management from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, Olivier pursued a program in Managing Global Virtual Teams at INSEAD. Later, in 2015, they attended Harvard Business School for a course on Leading Professional Service Firms (LPSF). Lastly, in 2019, Olivier studied Leadership at San Telmo Business School.
