Virginia Rodriguez Aguilar

Virginia Rodriguez Aguilar has a strong background in sales and management. Virginia currently holds the position of Commercial Director Spain & Portugal at Kramp. Prior to this, they served as the Global Sales Director for the Outdoors Division at MAXAM. From 2009 to 2017, they worked at Imperial Tobacco, where they held multiple roles, including Sales Director Americas and Business Development Manager Americas. Before that, they were the Market Manager for Latin America, Canada, and South Africa at Seita Imperial Tobacco. Virginia began their career at Altadis, where they worked as Director of Sales and Commercial Organization and Sales Development Executive for Southern Europe. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for defining and executing business strategies, managing P&L, developing strong relationships, leading teams, and optimizing resources. Virginia has also focused on portfolio management, innovation, customer engagement, and pricing to drive sales growth.

Virginia Rodriguez Aguilar completed their education at several prestigious institutions. In 1993, they graduated from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid with a degree in Law. Virginia furthered their studies at Escuela de Organización Industrial from 1999 to 2000 and obtained an MBAI (Master in Business Administration International). Later, in 2017, they attended IESE Business School for the PDG - Programa de Dirección General. Finally, in 2019, they attended MIT Sloan School of Management for a program in Digital Business Strategy.
