Albert Steven Carmona has extensive experience in event management and coordination. Albert Steven started their career as a Coach at Skyhawks Sports Academy in 2011 and later worked as a Salesperson at Big 5 Sporting Goods. In 2013, they joined San Antonio Sports as an Operations & Volunteer Assistant, where they were responsible for event setup, breakdown, and volunteer coordination. Albert Steven also contributed to the logistics and operations of the San Antonio Sports Hall of Fame.
Carmona then served as a Pro Shop Lead at Mission Del Lago Golf Course and an Assistant Course Manager at Willow Springs Golf Course, where they provided excellent customer service and managed golf tournaments. In 2016, they became a Sports Event Specialist at Mission Concepción Sports Park, organizing and executing various events.
Carmona's event management experience continued at the San Antonio Museum of Art, where they worked as an Event Manager, overseeing both internal and external events, such as galas and awareness campaigns. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Special Events Coordinator at the San Antonio River Foundation, managing fundraising events and external events at Confluence Park.
Currently, Carmona is the Sales Manager at Krannich Solar USA, where they are responsible for leading the sales team.
Albert Steven Carmona completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Baylor University, from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Johnson & Wales University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a degree in Sports Entertainment & Event Management.
