Krasl Art Center
Nathan Margoni is a highly experienced educator and fine artist with a robust background in art instruction and illustration. Currently serving as the Director of Education at Krasl Art Center since June 2012, Nathan has held multiple roles, including Drawing/Painting Instructor and Adult Programs Coordinator. In addition, Nathan has been self-employed as a fine artist and illustrator since 2007, creating artworks for exhibitions and publications. Prior experience includes freelance illustration for PreMedia Global and art instruction at various institutions, including SUNY Purchase College and Don Bosco Community Center. Nathan holds a Master of Fine Arts in Sculpture from Purchase College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from the Cleveland Institute of Art. Further artistic training was received through the Norfolk Fellowship at Yale University School of Art.

Our Goal: To provide communication and aesthetic appreciation of the visual fine arts, through the use of education The Krasl Art Center offers monthly exhibitions in four galleries. Our permanent collection of contemporary sculpture can be viewed on our grounds and around our community. Docent lead tours can be arranged by calling the Krasl Art Center's Education Department or pick up your free SculpTour brochure at Krasl. Art classes and workshops are offered onsite in a wide variety of artistic media: pottery, painting, jewelry making, drawing for the beginning or established artist of all ages.
