James Durkee

James Durkee has extensive work experience in finance and business analysis. James began their career at Sandoz Chemicals in 1990 as a Technical Sales Representative and later worked at Westvaco - Chemical Division as a Technical Sales/Service Engineer. James then joined Westvaco - Kraft Board Division as a Senior Process Engineer. In 2000, Durkee moved to MeadWestvaco as the Business & Financial Analysis Group Leader. James then worked at INVISTA as a Senior Analyst and later as a Business Team Lead. Durkee then joined INVISTA as a Senior Business Analyst, specializing in US/CAN Polymers & Resins. Most recently, they have been working at Kraton Corporation since 2011. James started as a Commercial Finance Manager and was later promoted to the role of Director of Commercial Finance. In their current role, Durkee supports the Director of Finance, Corporate CFO, the Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing, and other senior leadership team members in reviewing business unit performance, providing commercial forecasts, budgets, and financial updates.

James Durkee completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The Citadel in 1999. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Pulp and Paper Science and Technology from North Carolina State University in 1990.
