Kristie Trice, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in human resources and organizational development. Kristie began their career at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Manager and then moved on to BSG Alliance/IT as an Administrative Sr. Manager. Kristie later joined Align Solutions Corporation as a Cofounder and Director of HR & Administration before the company was sold to Luminant Worldwide Corporation. At Luminant, they served as the Director of HR & People Development. Following this, Kristie worked as an Independent HR/OD Consultant, providing strategic guidance to various entrepreneurial clients. Kristie then joined Ernst & Young as the Gulf Coast Area People Leader, where they reorganized the HR department and implemented a HR Program Management Office (PMO). Kristie also held leadership positions at McCoy-Rockford, Inc., Corrosion Resistant Alloys, LP, and PinnacleART before their current role as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development at Kraton Corporation.
Kristie Trice, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Kristie attended Westchester High School and the American School in London, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for these institutions.
