Sara Frattini

Sara Frattini has over 20 years of work experience. Sara began their career at Ashland in 1999, where they worked as a Senior Product Manager for a decade. In 2010, Sara joined Hexion Inc. as a Marketing & Global New Business Development Leader, responsible for leading strategic growth projects and developing sales and new business in various areas. Since 2019, they have been working at Kraton Corporation as a Market Development Director, focusing on the chemical industry.

Sara Frattini completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Economics from MIP Politecnico di Milano from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued an MSc in Chemistry at the University of Leeds from 1997 to 1998. Sara obtained their bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Milano from 1991 to 1996. Their education journey began with high school at Liceo Scientifico G. Ferraris from 1986 to 1991.
