Glenn Boschen

Glenn Boschen, SHRM-CP, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR functions across various organizations. Since August 2020, Glenn has served as the Human Resources Manager at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions. Prior to this role, Glenn briefly held an HR leadership position at HR FlexTech and spent four years as a Human Resources Manager at AMCOR RIGID PACKAGING, where responsibilities included aligning plant HR functions with organizational goals and improving employee engagement. Earlier in the career at AK Tube LLC, Glenn progressed from Human Resource Generalist to Supervisor, managing HR systems, policies, and reporting on labor efficiency. Academic qualifications include an MBA in General Management from Indiana University - Columbus and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University.
