Amy Remely

Amy has over 18 years in the commercial real estate industry and joined KA in 2015. Her property management experience includes office, retail, industrial and medical properties, with a specialty in downtown Class A and B offices and retail strip centers. Prior to joining Kraus-Anderson, her professional experience with Daymark Properties Realty, Inc., IRET Properties, Welsh Companies, and CB Richard Ellis involved the management and leasing of retail, office, industrial, and medical properties. Her experience, technical expertise and friendly, personable manner all contribute to her success as a property manager. Amy manages a mixed use portfolio of retail and office properties including the KA Block in Downtown Minneapolis which consists of the Kraus-Anderson Headquarters Building, a 2-level parking ramp, Finnegan’s Brewery, HQ Apartments and The Elliot Hotel. She is responsible for the daily operation of each property, which includes leasing, budgeting, financial reporting, tenant relations, contract negotiation, overseeing tenant improvements and maintenance staff supervision.
