Bob is Senior Project Manager and Construction Executive for the Special Projects Group, specializing in projects smaller in scope such as tenant improvements, renovations and emergency response projects. Bob is highly experienced in owners, owners’ representatives and tenants- often phased and working in occupied spaces. His background includes buildouts, renovations, remodels and new construction. Bob and his team are well equipped to provide services including preconstruction planning for disruption avoidance, phasing, logistics, scheduling, value management and safety.
