Thomas Krause

Dr. Tom Krause is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and organizational safety. As the co-founder, chairman, and partner of Krause Bell Group since May 2015, Tom has contributed significantly to the consulting field. With over 40 years in business and consulting, Tom also serves as a Senior Advisor at GeoLinks and is recognized as a thought leader, having authored more than five books and 50 papers on topics related to Safety Leadership and related fields. Previously, Tom founded and chaired Behavioral Science Technology, where pioneering work was done in “Behavior Based Safety.” Dr. Krause holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from UC Irvine and additional degrees in Experimental Psychology and Liberal Arts.
