Prior experience includes a tenure at we.moxie, where Jennifer functioned as a Fractional Chief People Officer, leading HR operations and growth strategies for diverse sectors. Jennifer also held the role of Chief People Officer at GoodTime.io, driving HR transformation and automation. Previous positions encompass senior HR leadership roles at Clover Network, Inc., TurnKey Vacation Rentals, Source Allies Inc., Marsh, Kum & Go, Paragon IT Professionals, and Labatt Food Service. Jennifer holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School and a BS in Education from Iowa State University.
