Randy Hemmerle

Randy Hemmerle has over a decade of experience in human resources. Randy most recently served as the Director of Human Resources, North America at KraussMaffei, where they navigated the organization through a period of restructuring. During their tenure, they successfully led multiple HR systems projects, overhauled benefit offerings, and supported the company's growth and efficiency goals. Prior to that, Hemmerle worked as a Sr. Human Resource Generalist at Mubea, where they served as a business partner to plant management, resolved labor relation issues, and provided training to management on various employee-related matters. Randy began their career at Staffmark as an On-Site Staffing Manager, overseeing daily account activity, recruiting, and facilitating new hire orientations for manufacturing and skilled trade positions. With their extensive experience and expertise, Hemmerle has demonstrated the ability to drive positive change and support organizational needs.

Randy Hemmerle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University. Randy also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership from the same university. Additionally, they obtained a Master's Degree in Organizational Development from the University of Louisville. Randy Hemmerle has certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from AMEND Consulting, a Certified Professional (CP) from SHRM, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
