Swathy Thangavelu

Swathy Thangavelu is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at KRDS since February 2018, with prior experience as an HR Executive at CMO Axis from July 2015 to February 2018 and Magus Customer Dialog from July 2014 to April 2015. Responsibilities have included sourcing candidates through diverse channels, managing the recruitment life-cycle, and collaborating with department heads to define job positions and assess candidates. Swathy began a career in human resources as an HR Intern at Hospira in early 2014. Swathy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources and Marketing from Sri Sairam Engineering College and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Ethiraj College For Women. Education also includes attendance at St Mary's Matriculation Higher Secondary School and Sri Ramakrishna Matriculation Higher Secondary School.
