Dan Herdoon

Dan Herdoon is an accomplished entrepreneur and seasoned executive with extensive experience in real estate, project management, and corporate finance. As the Founder and CEO of Kreate Hub since January 2018, Dan has created affordable studio spaces for artists and makers. Dan co-founded Red Titans Capital in 2009 and held the role of Founder and Chief Operations Officer at b[x] from 2015 to 2018, focusing on repurposing industrial spaces for creative use. Previous positions include Head of North America Real Estate Investments at Yellow Brick Capital Advisers from 2011 to 2015, and Senior Project Manager at A.I. Leviev Boymelgreen Developers from 2003 to 2008, managing several high-profile real estate projects. Dan began a career at Deutsche Bank in corporate finance from 1997 to 2002, specializing in company valuation and financial modeling. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University and pursued additional education at New York University and UMass Boston.
