Maria Cielo Magcalas

Maria Cielo Magcalas is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client success, airport services, and retail management. Currently serving as Client Success Director at Kreative Core Technologies since July 2022, Maria also holds the role of Airport Services Consultant at Afroport Mauritanie SARL since October 2018, focusing on project management and service operations in airport environments. Prior experience includes seven years at Mothercare Singapore Malaysia Hong Kong, where Maria managed sales, training programs, and brand implementation efforts across multiple roles, including Sales & Training Manager and Area Manager. Additional experience encompasses operations at Dnata within the Emirates Group, overseeing customer services for airport operations, as well as various management positions in the food and beverage industry. Maria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Technology from the University of the Philippines.
