Marsha Sara Babu

Marsha Sara Babu has held various roles in the Human Resources and Operations fields since 2006. Marsha began their career as a Management Trainee at Mentorware India Pvt Ltd in 2006. In 2007, they joined Randstad India as an Onsite Anchor for Cisco Systems India Pvt Ltd and a Senior Executive - HR. In 2010, they moved to Deloitte as an HR Generalist. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Helios & Matheson as an Assistant Manager - Client Services. In 2015, they joined Unilever as an HR Business Partner. Since 2017, they have been at Kredily, first as Head - Operations and then transitioning to AVP - Operations. In this role, they hold end-to-end ownership of the product in terms of defining the product roadmap in line with business priorities, conceptualizing product/feature flow, writing feature specs and wireframing UI design, prioritizing work and feature releases with the engineering team and overall QC of the product. Marsha also works as a Freelancer.

Marsha Sara Babu completed their MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI Business School, Bangalore between 2005 and 2007.
