Rikke Elisabeth R. Fredriksen

Rikke Elisabeth R. Fredriksen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Rikke Elisabeth R. began their career as a Danseinstruktør at Trimhuset Horten in 2011, where they taught dance to children aged 5-10 while pursuing their secondary education. In 2012, they worked as a Barnehageassistent at Skavli Barnehage for a year.

Subsequently, Rikke joined MENY in 2011 as a Ferskvaremedarbeider and remained with the company until 2016.

Rikke Elisabeth R. then transitioned to Kredinor, starting as an HR-assistent in May 2018. From May 2019 to September 2022, they took on the role of HR-konsulent, responsible for various HR tasks such as onboarding, collaboration with payroll management, involvement in a project to change HR systems, and handling employment-related legal matters. Rikke Elisabeth R. also managed personnel administration and GDPR-related work at the company.

Recently, in October 2022, Rikke assumed the position of People Partner at Kredinor, where they continue to contribute their HR expertise.

Rikke Elisabeth R. Fredriksen has a strong educational background in psychology and organizational psychology. Rikke Elisabeth R. obtained a Master's degree in Arbeid- og organisasjonspsykologi from the University of Oslo (UiO) between 2017 and 2019. Prior to their Master's degree, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Psykologi at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2013 to 2017.

Rikke Elisabeth R. Fredriksen also possesses a certification as a Sertifisert bruker av Aon rekrutteringstester from Aon Assessment Norge, which was obtained in November 2019. In addition, they are an Autorisert bruker av PAPI 3 certified by Cubiks, acquired in March 2019.

Their educational journey began at Horten Videregående skole, where they completed their Generell studiekompetanse degree with a specialization in Studiespesialisering med realfag from 2009 to 2012.
