Jay Donnelly is currently the Consumer Loyalty & Marketing Advisor at Kredit. Prior to that, they were the Marketing Lead for Financial Services & Retail Integration at Walmart Canada from January 2018 to December 2019. Jay was responsible for driving revenue growth by creating a new omni-channel marketing strategy, which included the execution of AI and CRM offers thru Walmart.ca. Jay also executed digital marketing programs that delivered tactical retail offers for specific customer personas.
Previously, Jay was the Vice President of Marketing at Canada Life from January 2013 to December 2018. As Head of Marketing for the Individual Insurance and Wealth Management Divisions, they developed and executed national marketing programs that supported the Sales Departments ability to meet or exceed revenue targets every year. Jay also spearheaded the development of the one brand integration - Canada Life - which resulted in substantial growth in brand value. In their role as Vice President of Marketing, Jay successfully provided a full suite of marketing services for customers and advisors, including Digital Communications, Brand Strategies, Customer Experience, Sponsorships and Promotions and Research. Jay also provided senior executive leadership for global projects working with affiliates in the U.S. and Europe.
Jay Donnelly has a MBA in Marketing from the University of Windsor, a BComm in Marketing from the University of Windsor, and a BA in Political Science from Western University.
