Rafał Ziembiński

Rafał Ziembiński has over 13 years of professional experience in legal services. From 2019 to present, they have been the Head of Legal at Kreditech, where they are responsible for managing the Legal Department, providing legal support for the financial services in e-commerce, and advising on corporate, commercial, M&A and restructure processes. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Head of Legal at IDFinance. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Senior Legal Counsel at 4finance. From 2009 to 2016, they were the Legal Advisor at ING Bank Śląski, providing legal advice to the Treasury Department and Financial Markets. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Legal Advisor at White & Case LLP, specializing in corporate advisory, particularly M&A projects. From 2006 to 2007, they were an Associate at Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka (DZP), specializing in corporate advisory, particularly M&A, advising on sale and purchase transactions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and foreign investment in Poland. From 2006 to present, they have also been the owner of Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Rafał Ziembiński, providing legal advice to commercial companies on matters related to corporate and commercial law, financial, banking and labour law.

Rafał Ziembiński obtained a Magister Prawa from the University of Warsaw between 1997 and 2002. Rafał then attended the Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych Warszawa between 2004 and 2008 and obtained a Radca Prawny. Rafał also attended Cambridge University and Uniwersytet Warszawski between 1999 and 2001. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in English and EU Law from the University of Cambridge and University of Warsaw.
