Bala Narasa Reddy is a skilled professional with extensive experience in sales operations and strategic growth across various organizations. Currently serving in Sales Ops at Kredivo Group since June 2023, Bala previously held a role in Strategy and Growth at Eratani and spent time at Lummo as Head of Revenue Operations and Chief of Staff in the CGO’s Office, where key accomplishments included driving revenue growth and improving margin efficiency. Prior to this, Bala was engaged with OYO, managing profitability and revenue in the UK and Indonesia, achieving significant revenue milestones and improving operational efficiencies.
