Jon Pawer Pakpahan

Jon Pawer Pakpahan possesses extensive experience in team leadership within the desk collection sector, having held positions at prominent companies such as FinAccel, Shopee, PT. Swakarya Insan Mandiri (SIMGROUP), CIMB, and PT Lotte Mart Indonesia. Since October 2022, Jon has been the team leader for desk collection at FinAccel. Jon's career began at CIMB as a team leader, with initial experience in customer development at PT Lotte Mart Indonesia.
