Teddy Yusuf

Teddy Yusuf has extensive experience in customer service and support, currently serving as a Customer Service Team Leader and previously holding various roles at FinAccel from August 2020 to present, including Customer Service Quality Assurance Specialist and Customer Service Resolution Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Social Media Customer Support at PT Kudo Teknologi Indonesia from June 2017 to June 2020 and a Sales and Marketing Specialist at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. in early 2017. Additionally, Teddy worked as a Freelance Photographer from July 2014 to December 2016, specializing in weddings and modeling, and has experience in communication and media through roles as a Staff Lab at Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia and an intern cameraman at TV parlemen DPR-RI. Teddy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology from Universitas Al-Azhar Indonesia, earned in 2016.
