Sandeepa Hande

Sandeepa Hande has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Sandeepa began their career as a Software Engineer at First Consulting Group in 2004. Sandeepa then worked as a Software Engineer at Accenture before joining Hexaware Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer in 2006. In 2008, they joined CSC as an Associate Manager and Technology Architect, where they led teams and collaborated with cross-organization teams in the US. In 2013, Sandeepa joined Practo as an Engineering Manager, where they played a crucial role in product engineering and data engineering workflows. Currently, they are the VP of Engineering at KredX, where they are responsible for product engineering, data engineering, and delivery of the invoice discounting marketplace. Sandeepa also leads and mentors a multidisciplinary engineering team at KredX.

Sandeepa Hande attended Manipal Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2004 and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering. In addition, they also received a certification as a Professional from the Academy for Healthcare Management, which was awarded by America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) in March 2009.
