Tavneet Jaggi

Tavneet Jaggi has held various roles in the Human Resources field since 2007. Tavneet began their career as a Sr. Associate HR at JiGrahak Mobility Solutions Private Limited, Ngpay. In 2012, they moved to Carpediem as an HR Practice Manager. In 2018, they were appointed as Head - People at LXL Ideas. Most recently, in 2020, they became an HR Consultant and is currently the Head of Human Resources at Kreedo Early Childhood Solutions.

Tavneet Jaggi completed an Executive Program in Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2012. From 2005 to 2007, they obtained a PGD in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Sc (H) in Resource Management from Institute of Home Economics (Delhi University) from 2002 to 2005. In addition, Tavneet has obtained two certifications from LinkedIn, "Motivating and Engaging Employees" in October 2020, and "Human Resources: Building a Performance Management System" in September 2020.
