Bobbi D. Kelly

Bobbi Kelly, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director-In-Charge of Talent Advisory at Kreischer Miller since April 2014, where Bobbi leads a practice focused on aligning business and people strategies for client organizations. With a strong emphasis on talent optimization, Bobbi previously held the role of Human Resources Director at BBD, LLP, where Bobbi established standardized HR practices and fostered a positive culture. Early in their career, Bobbi worked as a Senior Recruiter at The Dubin Group and as a Recruiter at Applied Card Systems, gaining extensive experience in staffing and recruitment. Bobbi holds a certificate in Human Resources from Villanova University and a BA in Communication from the University of Scranton.
