Abhinandan Singh, MBA has worked in three companies throughout their career. Abhinandan began in 2014 at Gammon cmc joint venture as an HR & Administrative Officer, where they were responsible for preparing salary of workers and employees and their salary slips, as well as making P.F. Challans. In 2016, they moved to KRESCENT IT LABS as Manager Human Resources/Business, where they managed all human resource aspects such as sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates based on telephonic interviews, scheduling and conducting interviews, selecting final candidates based on the interview and assignment, and acting as a point of contact during the selection process. Finally, in 2017, they joined Valley Hashtagers Pvt. Ltd. as Director.

Abhinandan Singh obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Chandigarh Business School of Administration, Landran, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, from 2009 to 2014. Abhinandan also obtained a degree from Kullu Valley Seniour Secondary School and Chandigarh Group of Colleges Landran in Commerce from 2001 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a Professional Course in Ms Office and HR Generalist from ISO - International Organization for Standardization in January 2016.
