Sarah Alyan

Sarah Alyan has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Sarah began their career at Vodafone, where they worked as a Technical Support Representative and an Inbound Customer Service Representative. In 2013, they joined Shotec S.A.E. as an Administration Manager and Senior HR Generalist, where they were responsible for tasks such as assisting with the organization's HR function, planning corporate training, and assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. In 2019, they moved to Integrated Solutions Consultancy as a Human Resources & Administration Manager, where they worked with the company Director to strategically plan HR initiatives, administered benefits, monitored employee progress, and fostered cross-functional relationships. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Casita - Your Student Home as a Talent Management & HR Manager.

Sarah Alyan is currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, which they began in 2022. Sarah also holds a Foundation & Career Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from the AUC - School of Continuing Education, which they obtained in 2019. Sarah Alyan earned their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Ain Shams University in 2011. Additionally, Sarah has obtained seven certifications from LinkedIn and Coursera, such as 360-Degree Feedback, Coaching and Developing Employees, Decision-Making in High-Stress Situations, Developing Your Emotional Intelligence, HR as a Business Partner, Human Resources: Payroll, and Human Resources Management and Leadership.
