Tracey Long is a seasoned nutrition and health professional with extensive experience in integrative and functional nutrition. As the owner of Big Picture Health LLC since June 2012, Tracey focuses on enhancing health through targeted physical activity and nutrition programs for individuals and communities. In addition, Tracey serves as a Teaching Assistant for the Kresser Institute ADAPT Health Coaching Program since May 2018. Previous roles include Assistant Instructor at Colorado State University and Professional Trainer at Step by Step Fitness. Tracey's academic background includes a Master of Public Health in Nutrition and Exercise from Colorado School of Public Health, a Graduate Certificate in Dietetics from the University of Kansas Medical Center, and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Idaho State University. Tracey also holds multiple certifications, including Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP), and Certified Exercise Trainer (CET), as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).
